Important note on data processing and Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Ireland Limited. If the person responsible for data processing on this website resides in a country outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Analytics data processing is carried out through Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text files that are stored on the page visitor’s device and that enable an analysis of the visitor’s use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is normally transmitted to and stored by Google.

Google Analytics is used on this website only with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This extension ensures the anonymization of the IP address by shortening and excludes any direct personal reference. By extension, the visitor’s IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member countries of the European Union or in other countries party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the respective browser, within the framework of Google Analytics actions, is not combined with other Google data.

On behalf of the owner of the page, Google will use the information generated to analyze the use of the page, make reports on the activities of the website and to carry out other services related to the use of the Internet or the website for the owner of the page (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR). The legitimate interest of the data processing lies in the optimization of the website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content. The interests of the user are adequately guaranteed through the pseudo-dominization of their data.

Google LLC guarantees the maintenance of an adequate level of data protection based on the standard European contractual clauses. Information sent to and linked to Google Analytics cookies, eg user IDs or advertising identifiers, will be automatically deleted after 50 months. Deletion of data that reaches its retention period is done automatically once a month.

The website visitor can reject the use of cookies by configuring the corresponding settings in their browser. reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA service of Google LLC (Google) to protect data submitted through forms on our users’ pages. This service makes it possible to differentiate the data sent by people from automated messages and involves the transmission of the IP address and other data required by Google for the use of the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, the data will be transmitted to Google in order to be used. The IP address will be encrypted by Google in the member states of the European Union as well as in the states associated with the European Economic Area. Only in a few exceptional cases will the IP addresses be transmitted to a Google server in the United States for encryption. On behalf of the owner of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the service by users.
